Wedding Terms:
20% deposit with order payable by cheque, cash or bank transfer.  Balance payment required 2 weeks prior to the wedding day by bank transfer. There is no charge for consulations,  delivery and set up at your chosen venue within a 20 mile radius of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. Any cancellations are required in writing, to be received in person 3 weeks prior to the wedding. 

Funeral Terms:
Payment in full with order.  Consultations are free of charge. Any cancellations are required in writing to be received in person 4 working days prior to the funeral day.

Birthday bouquets and corporate event flowers:
Payment is required in full with order, payable by cash or bank transfer.

Receipts are issued for all payments.

Deposits are non refundable.
